Peanut Butter Satay Sauce

Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Satay Sauce

Create a delicious peanut butter satay sauce in just two minutes or less to enhance your home-cooked dishes. This versatile sauce complements both meat and plant-based recipes, as well as adding a delightful touch to salads.


  • 100g Peanut Butter (Smooth or Crunchy)
  • 50ml Coconut Milk (Hot water can be used as an alternative)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • A Pinch of Sea Salt


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, such as a portable BlendJet, and blend until smooth. Alternatively, use a saucepan or Nutribullet/Ninja if preferred.
  2. Adjust the thickness by gradually adding hot water if the sauce is too thick, blending until you achieve your desired consistency.
