Spicy Sriracha Chicken Thighs

Begin by placing 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs in a large bowl. Add the following ingredients and thoroughly mix until the chicken is evenly coated:

  • 4 tablespoons Schwartz Sriracha Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • A generous pinch of sea salt

  • 50 ml of oil for the marinade

Cover the bowl and allow the chicken to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, with overnight marination being the optimal choice for enhanced flavors.

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.

Bake in the hot oven for approximately 13 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and develops a golden-brown exterior.
