If eating big meals is a challenge, we can have smaller, protein-rich snacks throughout the day. Some people might also benefit from protein supplements, like protein shakes or bars, but it's always a good idea to talk to a doctor before trying these.

Remember, the protein gap is all about giving our bodies the right tools to stay strong and healthy as we age. By making mindful choices about what we eat, we can help ensure that our "car" keeps running smoothly on the road of life.
